A smaller portion than a traditional Greek salad, this shredded version is a light & fresh accompaniment to the more substantial ingredients. The shredded lettuce and diced veggies allow the salad to fit well into the main compartment and the mini bottle of Greek vinaigrette fits perfectly above it. Rounding out the bento lunch box is a stack of mini pita breads, a nice portion of hummus to dip them in, a double row of blue-cheese stuffed olives and a mix of fresh mango and blueberries for a little sweetness.
