Super simple throw together lunch that was so filling and tasty and a great use of the leftover steak! I added torn Romaine leaves to the main bowl then used the stackable top layer for the rest of the toppings: the leftover steak slices, Parmesan Whisps (in place of croutons for a low carb version) and a creamy Caesar dressing in the removable dressing container. I added a lemon wedge to squeeze over the salad and a side of sliced strawberries for “dessert”. Today’s lunch is packed in a Bentgo Salad Container – my favorite way to pack a lunch salad and perfect for low carb lunches.
