What to do with those party leftovers? Easy work lunch! Buffalo Chicken Dip is one of those dishes that’s so versatile as leftovers and even better the next day. You can use it as a sandwich spread, as a filling for tacos or just reheat and eat again as a dip! Here I just added some leftover dip to the main bento compartment and sprinkled with crumbled blue cheese. (I did scoop out to heat in the microwave and scooped back in to eat. These bento boxes are microwave safe, I just chose not to take everything else out.😊) I also added Mary’s Gone Crackers crackers and celery sticks to eat with the dip, some cherry tomatoes as an extra veggie/fruit, some fresh blackberries and a Lily’s Dark Chocolate peanut butter cup as an afternoon treat. Today’s lunch is packed in the 6 compartment Kinsho Bento Box.
Here are the bento ingredients listed:
- Buffalo Chicken Dip: Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Chicken recipe sprinkled with blue cheese crumbles
- Mary’s Gone Crackers – Original
- Fresh Blackberries
- Grape Tomatoes
- Celery Sticks
- Lily’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
Hope you’re eating something good today.  Happy lunch!
